Senior Theatre Practitioner – Chichester Hospital
Bank contract with weekend work. Pay up to £30.00 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring.
* Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be their best.
* Use excellent clinical skills and an empathetic approach to meet each patient’s needs.
* Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care.
* Provide day‑to‑day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students.
* Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training.
Qualifications
* Registered with the appropriate governing body and hold the relevant qualifications, including NMC.
* Post‑registration experience with strong clinical background.
* Knowledge of mentoring and experience in a theatre setting.
