Key Responsibilities
This position supports the Performance and Reward function by developing and implementing reward frameworks that effectively deliver reward programs. The Reward Consultant will review EY's job architecture to recommend improvements that align with our skills and performance objectives. The role involves engaging stakeholders, conducting research, analyzing performance issues, and supporting the development of reward processes, toolkits, and communication materials.
* Support the evaluation and development of EY's job architecture, including:
* Assessing EY's career architecture and leveling to identify gaps and propose solutions.
* Establishing job architecture and leveling requirements aligned with EY's business models.
* Developing solutions to differentiate skills premiums and qualifications within the job architecture.
* Facilitating discussions with Reward, Talent Delivery, and Career Framework teams for feedback.
* Project managing reviews of job leveling methodologies and vendors.
* Supporting updates to reward frameworks, standards, processes, and toolkits, including reference guides and training materials.
* Assisting in creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing scope changes.
* Conducting external research and monitoring trends to inform recommendations.
* Managing stakeholder communications, including inquiries, updates, and presentations.
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities
* Identify and assess issues with existing services or business challenges.
* Analyze data to improve projects and inform future enhancements.
* Leverage AI to analyze feedback and support decision-making.
* Use market and business insights to develop reward frameworks and principles.
Supervision Responsibilities
* Work independently with limited supervision.
* Participate proactively in meetings to support Talent strategy and processes.
* Own specific service components and communicate best practices.
* Coordinate with global and regional teams to share updates, best practices, and needs.
Knowledge and Skills
* Strong knowledge of Talent practices and Performance and Reward.
* Experience with AI tools for project optimization.
* Ability to collaborate across diverse geographies.
* Proactive consulting skills to interpret business needs and co-create solutions.
* Effective communication skills and organizational attention to detail.
* Research skills to track industry trends.
* Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change in complex environments.
