We're excited to be working with a leading live entertainment company based in London, looking for an experienced Data & Insights Manager. You’ll play a key role in shaping data strategy, delivering actionable insights, and supporting senior leadership across marketing, ticketing, programming, and audience engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead analytics initiatives and influence business decisions in a fast-growing, creative environment.
The Role
* Design and optimise data infrastructure, ensuring systems are maintained and used effectively.
* Lead analytics strategy and initiatives across marketing, ticketing, and programming.
* Conduct customer and audience segmentation to inform strategy and campaigns.
* Audit, optimise, and automate reporting workflows; develop dashboards and advanced analytics products.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise analytics initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
The Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience in data and analytics.
* Experience with coding and aggregating data from multiple sources.
* Proficiency with data platforms and analytics tools (including Meta and Power BI).
* Experience delivering audience segmentation and marketing/customer analysis.
* Confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
