The Opportunity
Youll take ownership of developing the Industrial desk, focusing on SME clients initially and progressing into larger accounts as the division scales. This is a hands-on, proactive sales role where your recruitment industry experience will be essential.
What Youll Be Doing
* Proactively canvassing and visiting prospective clients to understand hiring needs and convert new business.
* Growing and nurturing the existing client base through regular contact and relationship-building.
* Identifying opportunities for expansion within the local Industrial market.
* Monitoring competitor activity and spotting future growth areas.
* Preparing proposals, supplier agreements, and tailored recruitment solutions.
* Managing your own diary and pipeline with full autonomy while collaborating with the wider team.
What Youll Bring
* Proven outbound sales experience within the recruitment industry (essential).
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* A track record of building long-term client relationships.
* Tenacity, positivity, and resilience in a target-driven environment.
* Highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
* Full UK driving licence.
