We're looking for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join our small, forward-thinking HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist advisor with a strong background in Employee Relations and Sickness Absence Management to make a real impact and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
You will be responsible for coordinating and advising on the following areas:
* Advising on all matters relating to employee relations, policies and procedures
* Coordinating and advising on programs in relation to sickness absence management and Occupational Health
* Coordinating and advising on programs in relation to payroll and tax
* Coordinating and advising on programs in relation to internal communications and values awareness
* Ensuring effective service level provision of external providers such as payroll, HR system, T&A system, Occupational Health
* Supporting all areas of HR
Person Specification:
* Level 5 CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
* Educated to a high level including strong English and Maths
* Working knowledge of employment law and relevant Government Acts
* Experience of advising and coaching others at all levels in HR matters, particularly in relation to general employee relations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Ability to uphold values and discretion required of an HR professional
This is a full time, permanent role at our site in Hook, Hampshire.
This role is Hybrid, with at least 3 days in the Hook office, with the occasional travel to our Poynton, Cheshire site.
