Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join a prestigious law firm in Dundee. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects
* Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial property matters
* Draft and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts
* Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
* Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial property law
* Proven track record of managing complex commercial property transactions
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
