Job Description
The interim ER Specialist will work closely with management teams to:
* Handle employee relations matters and provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
* Provide commercial and common sense advice.
* Assist in performance and capability management.
* Work to reduce sickness absence across the business.
* Oversee and manage performance appraisal system.
* Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
The Successful Applicant
The successful ER Specialist should have:
* Proven experience of managing ER issues in a fast paced environment.
* Strong employment law knowledge.
* Excellent relationship building skills.
* Ability to provide commercial HR Advice.
* Experience of managing long term sickness cases.
* Able to start a new role on short notice.
