Our beautifully converted Methodist Church is just a 6-minute walk from Bourne End Train Station, with convenient street parking available for easy access. Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner:
In this role, you will:
* Meet each child’s individual needs while delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
* Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
* Support the overall development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need:
* Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification - essential.
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable.
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
