Job Description
3. Effectively managing rent payments and arrears
4. Conducting regular reviews and updates on rent accounts
5. Liaising with tenants to address income issues
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the welfare of tenants
7. Implementing income management strategies and procedures
8. Preparing and presenting reports on income management
9. Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards
10. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Income Officer should have:
11. Relevant educational qualifications in Property Management or a related field
12. Proven experience in income management
13. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
16. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
17. A passion for the not-for-profit sector
