Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Staffordshire, GBP 55,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity. JOB REF: 1953
THE ROLE:
- You'll work with a diverse client base including commercial landlords, developers, and agricultural businesses.
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include commercial acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters, landlord and tenant transactions and development work
- You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
- Confident in managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable building and maintaining strong client relationships
