What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding results for our clients and candidates. You’ll take the lead on:
·Developing and implementing smart recruitment strategies to attract top talent
·Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding
·Building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
·Conducting interviews and candidate assessments to ensure the best possible match
·Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and market insights
What we’re looking for
·Previous experience in recruitment (or a closely related field)
·Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
·Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
·Confidence using recruitment software and technology
·A self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
