Line Chef responsibilities include:
* Work alongside other kitchen crew members to prepare food orders according to Archie’s specifications and timings.
* Undertake food prep as instructed by the Kitchen Manager, Assistant Manager, or Kitchen Supervisor.
* Be organized and familiar with our menu after training.
* Keep records in line with Due Diligence rules.
* Follow menu and portion size guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
* Follow health & food safety procedures.
* Uphold cleanliness with a "clean as you go" approach.
