First two weeks will be office based full time for training. The role Reed is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join Reed’s Accounts team based in the Northampton head office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or develop a career in accounts within a large, well-established organisation. As part of the Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient processing of supplier invoices, expenses and limited company transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. This role would suit an entry level accounts professional or a recent graduate with strong attention to detail, good IT skills and excellent written communication skills. What you will be doing Logging and processing supplier, managed agency supplier and intercompany invoices accurately and in line with payment terms Auditing colleague expenses in line with company expense policies Creating and processing supplier, managed agency, expenses, property and executive payments Matching invoices to purchase orders and contracts Creating and maintaining supplier records in Workday, Oracle and other internal systems Processing voucher requests and reconciling supplier statements Responding to telephone and email queries in a timely and professional manner Processing limited company self-bill invoices, expenses, bonuses, adjustments and other manual payments Checking limited company documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met Processing weekly payments for limited company self-bill and manual invoices Supporting quarterly due diligence reviews for limited companies Reviewing IR35 decisions and updating records where required What Reed can offer you in return?
