We're currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-driven Financial Services Administrator to join our established financial services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within Financial Services.
You'll play a key role in supporting our advisers, handling client servicing tasks, and ensuring smooth and compliant operations — all within a hybrid working setup.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
* Liaising with product providers, clients, and advisers to track and update progress
* Maintaining accurate and compliant client records using CRM/back-office systems
* Preparing reports, valuations, and documentation for adviser and client meetings
* Ensuring all administration is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures
* Handling client queries and providing exceptional service
* Supporting wider team with ad-hoc administrative and project-based work
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a financial services admin role (IFA, wealth management, platform or provider background). Experience within a SJP business is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience with Salesforce or similar back-office systems (desirable)
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
