As a CAFM Manager, you'll play a central role in driving digital transformation across our Facilities Management contracts. You'll take ownership of Kier's Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system - leading improvements, ensuring data accuracy and developing innovative solutions that enhance how we manage our assets, maintenance, and performance.
You'll work closely with contract and operational teams, helping to shape how CAFM systems support service delivery, compliance and efficiency across our Workplace Solutions estate.
Working with operational teams to define asset hierarchies, PPM standards, and QR code strategies.
Collaborating with IT and software vendors to maintain system integrity, implement upgrades and ensure value for money.
Providing training, support and guidance to operational teams on the use of the CAFM system.
You are highly organised with strong administration, IT, and analytical skills.
