Alongside iconic experiences, the site has invested heavily in its food & beverage offer, including a vibrant pub at the heart of Capel Curig.
Who are you?
Youre an experienced Kitchen Manager (or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up) who thrives inhigh-volume, guest-facing kitchens.
Youll be:
Hands-on & ambitious leading daily service, coaching the brigade.
Delivering fresh, exciting menus that elevate the guest experience.
Driving consistency, stock control, GP, and labour efficiency.
Inspiring a young, dynamic team through training and daily briefings.
