Overall purpose
* General administration – meeting notes filing certificates etc.
* Booking appointments for statutory compliance checks.
* Monitor internal systems for alerts and bring them to the attention of the appropriate technical officer.
* Receive and log enquiries and bringing to the attention of the appropriate technical officer.
* Monitor other sources of enquiry such as our email inbox etc. and bring matters to the attention of the appropriate technical officer.
