1. Deliver a responsive repairs and voids service that meets Ampliusstandards and supports a positive customer experience.
2. Oversee the quality of works completed in customers homes, ensuring consistency, safetyand value for money.
3. Manage a defined portfolio of homes, taking ownership of their overall condition,performanceand planned works.
4. Monitor and improve stock performance, using data and insight to inform decisions and maintainhigh standards.
