&##Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children’s residential home supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The home provides round-the-clock support, including sleep-in staff and waking night cover, and focuses on delivering a safe, nurturing and stable environment that promotes positive outcomes for every child.
&##As a Registered Manager, you will:
Lead and manage all operations within the 7-bed residential children’s home
Act as the Ofsted Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with regulations and quality standards
Oversee high-quality, child-centred care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support plans
Lead safeguarding practice, reporting and multi-agency coordination
Promote education, independence and emotional wellbeing for all children in the home
Manage rotas, supervisions, appraisals and workforce performance
Ensure records, incident reporting and care documentation are consistently accurate and compliant
&##Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential or disability setting
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Experience supporting children with learning disabilities, autism or complex behavioural needs
Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience working with multi-agency partners
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
