Our client is a well -established Garage and MOT Test Centre in Cubbington, Leamington Spa. They are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team in a fast -paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will be confident in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle issues, working efficiently under pressure, and delivering high -quality workmanship.
Requirements
* Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
* Repair or replace faulty components (e.g., engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems)
* Conduct vehicle inspections and perform preventative maintenance
* Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
* Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs have been completed successfully
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficiency and productivity
What We're Looking For:
o Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or similar role
o Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques
o Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
o Excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
o Good communication and teamwork skills
