Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Description
Join our lending team within the Expand My Growth programme, which has undergone a transformation process over the past six months and now boasts a defined scope. We are seeking Business Analysts to collaborate with our technology counterparts in building requirements and designing solutions.
Responsibilities
* Assist in defining and building requirements for the 'obligar view' of customers, allowing single legal entities to operate under multiple business names, each potentially owning debt.
* Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions for calculating risk profiles and probability of default using the obligar view and a revised regulatory model.
* Re-engineer backend processes, digitalising and consolidating various credit strategies into a single entry point for all customers.
* Automate new-to-bank loan and due diligence processes to ensure consistent outcomes.
Essential Skills
* Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience from NatWest.
* Proficient in business analysis and stakeholder management.
* Experience in process mapping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in commercial or business banking is advantageous but not essential.
* Experience in mortgages, overdrafts, or loans is beneficial.
