About the Role
They’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s eager to take ownership of high-impact projects from idea to execution. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to design and deliver new greenfield features, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.
You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, solve meaningful technical problems, and make direct contributions that shape the direction of their product and company.
What You’ll Do
* Take full ownership of new feature development and end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects
* Contribute to architectural and design discussions that influence the future of our platform
* Tackle complex problems that require creative, scalable solutions
* Champion best practices for code quality, performance, and reliability
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering culture
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Proven ability to take initiative and manage complex projects independently
* A tech‑agnostic approach with proficiency in at least one major language (experience with functional programming is a plus)
* Experience with some of the following technologies is beneficial: Elixir, Java, C++, Python, Phoenix LiveView, EmberJS, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, Docker
