You’ll be joining a team that’s evolving fast—moving towards a more data-led, forward-looking planning model with a 3-year horizon mindset. These are technically strong planning roles—ideal for individuals who can go beyond execution and truly understand, interpret, and influence through data.
The Role
* Building and managing material requirements plans (MRP)
* Owning inventory optimisation—balancing availability vs. waste
* Partnering with suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
* Driving supplier forecasting accuracy using data and insights
* Analysing complex datasets and translating them into clear business actions
* Supporting continuous improvement across planning processes
What They’re Really Looking For
* Proven background in MRP / supply or material planning (FMCG preferred)
* Strong systems capability, ideally:
* SAP S/4HANA (highly desirable) or SAP ECC / IBP exposure
* Experience working with forecasting tools & S&OP frameworks
* Advanced analytical and numerical capability
* Ability to tell the story behind the numbers—not just report them
* Experience using Power BI or similar tools is a strong advantage
* Comfortable operating in a transformation environment with ongoing system change
