Overview
We're growing our Digital Marketing team and are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to support an exciting roadmap of game launches. This hands‑on role will be responsible for executing, optimising and coordinating day‑to‑day paid media advertising campaigns across a wide selection of digital channels and aligning with KPIs. You'll join a high‑performance, data‑driven team working across innovative digital channels, with freedom to test, iterate and make a measurable impact.
Responsibilities
* Execute campaigns across multiple channels including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X and Google Ads.
* Monitor, analyse and optimise ad performance daily during active campaign windows, according to KPIs set out in the media plan.
* Provide learning and insights to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager that further improve campaign performance.
* Execute creative and audience testing plans set out in media plans and report results.
* Conduct audience targeting research for each platform, identifying best methods to reach defined audience groups set out in the go‑to‑market plan.
* Maintain retargeting pools from all advertising sources and work with the compliance team to ensure all data sets are GDPR compliant.
* Write best‑in‑class advertising copy, ensuring each brand's specific tone of voice is met.
* Compile monthly data, raise POs and work with the Finance team to ensure requests are submitted on time.
* Assist in briefing assets into Creative Services, ensuring creatives are delivered according to spec and coordinate asset delivery with ad partners where necessary.
* Carry out competitor research on game launches to provide insight into industry best practice and current trends.
* Keep up to date with platform changes that may affect campaign set‑ups, finance or asset requirements.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working on paid media campaigns, with hands‑on execution experience.
* Advanced technical knowledge of Google Ads & paid social platforms.
* Strong advertising copy‑writing ability, with experience in adapting tone of voice for various brands.
* A keen interest in advertising.
* An analytical and data‑driven mindset.
* A good understanding of analytics platforms and comfort with large data sets in Excel.
