Strong communication skills are essential, this role requires someone who can challenge constructively, facilitate workshops, and bring clarity across both business and user needs.
Must-Have Experience
* Strong background in Service Design
* Experience building/improving customer experience frameworks
* User analysis and user-centred design
* Running face-to-face workshops and stakeholder sessions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confident personality with strong energy and presence
* Experience working across both Government/Public Sector and Private Sector/Financial Services environments
