Are you compassionate, reliable, and ready for a new challenge? We’re looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Service Support Worker in our dynamic day service environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver essential personal care and emotional support
* Organise and manage daily activities tailored to individual needs
* Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the service, including break cover
* Support service users with hydration, nutrition, and medication
* Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all aspects of care
* Collaborate with families, carers, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
* Work flexibly across multiple sites when required
What You’ll Need:
* Experience in a care setting—or a desire to learn and grow in one
* A calm, professional approach and strong time management skills
* Confidence in prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Desirable:
* Level 2 Health & Social Care Qualification or willingness to work towards it
* Experience supporting adults with behaviours of concern or complex needs
