Location: Uckfield, East Sussex
Hours: 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM (Part-time)

Randstad, in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Uckfield, is seeking a dedicated and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 4 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile.
The Role
* Hours: 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
* Support Focus: Working one-on-one with a child in Year 4 who has ASD and PDA.
* Challenges: The child can exhibit challenging behaviors and requires a patient, understanding, and consistent approach.
* Long-Term Commitment: This role has the potential to transition from temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
What We Are Looking For

* Experience: Prior experience working with children with ASD, PDA, or other SEN needs is highly desirable.
