Our client is a fast-growing Mechanical Contractor that Manufacture & Install specialist products for a range of highly regulated projects, including Nuclear & Rail and are seeking a Materials Planning & Logistics Manager. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless alignment between client demand, production capacity, and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive master production schedule aligned with client requirements.
* Lead the implementation and management of a new MRP/ERP system.
* Oversee raw material procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations.
* Monitor production progress against schedules and capacity plans.
* Manage a team with 5 x direct reports.
