Duties
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred but not essential.
