The Role
As part of our events team, you'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery across our portfolio, ensuring every project runs seamlessly and leaves a lasting impact.
Key responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver events from concept through to execution and post-event review.
· Develop and manage timelines, programs, and budgets to ensure flawless delivery and measurable results.
· Oversee all logistics: venues, catering, AV, branding, signage, travel, and accommodation, ensuring every detail is on point.
· Act as the main client liaison, guiding them from contract signing to post-event wrap-up.
· Run briefings for speakers, sponsors, staff, and suppliers to align all stakeholders.
· Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and technical teams to align delegate and
sponsor experience and campaign strategy.
· Provide operational support to the business development team to ensure smooth execution
of client deliverables.
· Monitor multiple projects simultaneously, identify risks early, and keep everything on track.
· Lead post-event debriefs, gather feedback, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills:
· 4+ years' experience delivering high-volume, high-impact B2B events (tech or cybersecurity a strong bonus).
· Proven end-to-end event management expertise: from planning and content through to onsite execution and reporting.
· Strong project management skills, highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to Juggle multiple moving parts.
· Excellent communicator: written and verbal, with experience working with stakeholders at all levels (speakers, sponsors, attendees).
· Commercial mindset with a focus on efficiency, budget optimisation, and creative
problem-solving.
· Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, start up environment.
