This organisation is looking to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to their People Team on a 12 month FTC basis, covering a period of maternity leave.
Your new role
As Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the monitoring, analysis and development of an effective recruitment service, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating recruitment activity and leading on specific HR project work aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.Key responsibilities will include:1. Drive a high standard of recruitment activity and develop suitable data collection methods
• Co-ordinate, monitor and develop recruitment activity
• Provide information and advice as required to colleagues across the organisation
• Administer HRIS, including enhancement, data input and reporting, and maintaining online systems as required
• Support continuous improvement activity in relation to recruitment processes and practice
2. Lead the review and development of the organisation's approach to recruitment, working closely with the People Director
• Support research requirements and draft revised or new policies and procedures as required
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
3. Coordinate and report on recruitment activity
• Support the development of candidate attraction resources (and employer brand), working alongside themunications team
• Develop process and practice in support of recruitment activity
• Coordinate learning activities, audit and reporting, ensuring recruiting managers have access to relevant resources
4. Lead on specific HR project work aligned with the organisation's strategic goals
• Support activity associated with people strategy,, employer brand, onboarding and offboarding, exit analysis and quality audit
• Lead the development and maintenance of flexible solutions and resources to support people managers
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and people metrics
5. Process correspondence, contractual documentation and pre-employment checks
• Prepare recruitment correspondence and contractual documentation
• Support the ongoing maintenance and development of standard correspondence and data management
• Draft ad hoc correspondence, emailmunications and guidance notes as required
• Other reasonable tasks as required,
This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Previous experience in a recruitment, HR or administrative role
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
