As a Senior Design Manager you design and deliver high value projects from tender to completion for an organisation that truly fosters collaboration and innovation.
What they’ll need form you
* Experience working for a Main Contractor
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Experience with collaborative platforms like 4Projects (desirable).
* Comprehensive site experience in an engineering or site management role.
* Strong technical construction knowledge.
* A deep understanding of current Building Regulations.
* Familiarity with BREEAM/Passivhaus requirements.
* A degree in a relevant construction field.
* Knowledge of M&E design and its interface with construction.
* Exceptional project management abilities.
