Theirmitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the water industry and, as part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Site Engineer to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent position based in South Wales.
Your new role
As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key technical role in the successful delivery of water infrastructure projects, supporting the Site Agent and wider site team. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering controls, ensuring qualitypliance and providing accurate technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
1. Setting out and monitoring works to ensure accurate construction in line with drawings and specifications
2. Assisting with the production and briefing of method statements and risk assessments
3. Ensuring works are delivered safely in line with legislation,pany procedures and environmental standards
4. Conducting quality inspections, maintaining site records and supporting technical queries
5. Coordinating with the Site Agent and supply chain to ensure smooth delivery and programme alignment
6. Helping resolve technical challenges on site and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
7. Supporting the integration of civils, pipelines and structures across multi‑disciplinary schemes.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring:
8. Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related field (or experience equivalent)
9. Experience as a Site Engineer on heavy civils or water infrastructure projects
10. Proficiency in setting out using GPS, total stations and laser levels
11. Understanding of Civil Engineering drawings and specifications
12. CSCS and full UK driving licence.
