Join Our Team as a Sous Chef
This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.
We share a passion for real cooking. Customers love it, and we do too. As a Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef, lead and engage the kitchen team to deliver excellent service across 14 shifts weekly.
Your responsibilities include leading shifts, ensuring kitchen safety and efficiency, managing stocks, maintaining Health & Safety and Hygiene standards, and upholding 5-star kitchen standards.

* Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager aiming for the next step
* Experience with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills

* Knowledge of KPIs, labour management, stock control, and food safety
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
