The Role
Were looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, youll take ownership of your section, deliver consistently high standards, and help bring our menu to life. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, creative environment where teamwork and attention to detail are everything.
Key Responsibilities
Run your section efficiently during prep and service, ensuring dishes go out to spec and on time.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day operations, including stock management, ordering, and prep.
Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
Assist in training and supporting junior chefs and kitchen porters.
Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service and an outstanding guest experience.
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up) in a busy kitchen.
Passion for Asian flavours, comfort food, and modern sharing concepts.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining high kitchen standards.
Positive, professional attitude with a love for hospitality.
