Duties
* Front of house Service Advisor, managing customer interactions and service appointments
* Estimating repairs, scheduling maintenance services, and providing clear, informative communication to clients
* Promoting additional services and products to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue
* Maintaining accurate records of vehicle service histories and work carried out
* Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and delivery of excellent customer service
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat business
* Building lasting relationships with clients and representing the company's professional standards
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
* Strong understanding of automotive services, diagnostics, and repairs
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Friendly and professional manner, with a positive attitude
* Genuine interest in cars, motorsport, tuning, or vintage vehicles is advantageous
* Ability to upsell and promote additional services effectively
* A proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer service and teamwork
