About the Role
We’re seeking a Head of Central Operations to join our Retail Operations team in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. You will be the voice of Retail, working collaboratively to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations across all stores.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing a central operational plan aligned with business strategy.
2. Designing an optimal Store Operating Model to streamline processes and ensure consistency.
3. Identifying opportunities to simplify retail operations.
4. Managing store workload through capacity and impact planning.
5. Leading key business and operational projects.
6. Creating effective communication frameworks to engage retail teams.
7. Driving operational change to deliver benefits across stores.
8. Representing Operations in cross-business forums and projects.
9. Ensuring compliance and managing risks.
10. Building and empowering a diverse, capable team.
11. Leading by example and embedding company values.
12. Implementing succession planning.
