Panel Beater required in Birmingham
1. Up to £40,000 basic
2. OTE £50,000+
3. 40-45 hour week (optional)
Our client, a well-established and reputable vehicle bodyshop with over 39 years of industry experience, is currently looking to recruit a fully skilled Panel Beater to join their Birmingham branch.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a multi-award-winning team known for high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service!
Key Responsibilities as a Panel Beater:
4. Repair and replace body components to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition and manufacturer standards
5. Assess repair needs and determine the most effective repair methods using specialist equipment
6. Work collaboratively within a team to manage and complete workload efficiently
7. Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all repairs
Requirements for the Panel Beater:
8. Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a Bodyshop environment
9. ATA accreditation preferred but not essential
10. Experience working with vehicles from manufacturers with multiple approvals (e.g., BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, Kia)
11. Willingness to undertake ongoing training to stay updated with the latest repair standards
12. Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
