In this key role, you will help maintain compliance with agreed business plans while supporting the safe, organised, and environmentally responsible management of waste. What you’ll do: Ensure efficient waste management and compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor, report, and maintain equipment performance. Conduct regular checks and inspections as required by processes. Coordinate with internal departments on waste distribution and factory-related activities. Follow internal operating procedures and foster effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and suppliers. Engage in training and proactively support the Facilities Management team with a positive, can-do approach. What you bring: Full FLT licence with electric pallet truck qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing environments. Proven people management abilities and effective team leadership. Computer literate with a proactive, intuitive, and ‘can do’ approach. High personal integrity and commitment to maintaining professional standards.
