Morgan McKinley is looking for a Billings Administrator to join a lovely company based in Horsham, West Sussex. The Billings support role will be office-based, working as part of the finance - billings team, supporting with invoicing, chasing payments etc as well as providing an excellent customer service at all times by handling customer billing or invoice queries.
Location: Office based, Horsham, West Sussex
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri
Billing Administrator duties:
* Raise invoices via the billing system
* Onboard new customers and renew existing customers on the billing system
* Raise and track billing / invoice disputes and credits
* Producing invoices and reminders (includes electronic-billing) using dedicated medical billing software
* Allocating customer payments
* Resolve customer billing queries and issues
Skills and Experience:
* Proven Finance Admin Support / Billing experience, working in a similar role
* Attention to detail, a proactive approach and analytical thinking
* Good Excel skills
