Casual Bar Staff – Worcester Warriors & Summer Series Events
Sixways Stadium, Worcester.

We’re recruiting confident and reliable bar staff to join us for the final Worcester Warriors fixtures at Sixways Stadium, followed by a calendar of high-energy Summer Series events.
Upcoming Fixtures:
* 11th April – Worcester vs Bedford (3:00pm KO).
* 2nd May – Worcester vs Ealing Trailfinders (3:00pm KO).
Shifts are typically 4–8 hours, with opportunities for ongoing work throughout 2026.
The Role:
You’ll be working in a fast-paced bar environment, serving large volumes of drinks while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests during matchdays and events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Serving beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks quickly and accurately.
* Providing a friendly and professional service to all guests.
* Handling payments using POS systems.
* Keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and organised.
* Replenishing stock and supporting bar setup and pack down.
* Working as part of a team to keep service running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
* Aged 18+.
* Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred.
* Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* A positive, team-focused attitude.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event dates.
