About the Role

* Planning and delivering engaging Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Preparing pupils for GCSE examinations and practical assessments

* Contributing to departmental schemes of work and curriculum planning
* Participating in extra-curricular science activities and events
* Maintaining a safe and well-organised laboratory environment
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
* Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Have excellent subject knowledge in Chemistry
* Be confident teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
* Be able to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities
* Work collaboratively within a department
