We are offering a part-time opportunity for an experienced professional in property management, facilities, or construction who is looking to scale back from full-time work while remaining actively involved in delivery.
This is a hands-on role within a flat management structure — no layers, no silos. You’ll have autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and the opportunity to shape outcomes across a diverse property portfolio.
We welcome applications from professionals with a proven track record in:
- Property management across residential and commercial portfolios
- Construction oversight, including refurbishments, dental practice fit-outs, and office-to-residential conversions
- Site coordination, contractor management, and snagging
- Stakeholder engagement with:
- Dental practice managers
- Residential letting managers
- Construction site managers
- Suppliers and trades
- Independent planning and time management
- Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to use property management systems (training provided)
- A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
Working Conditions:
- Part-time: 16–24 hours per week, with flexibility around scheduling
- Site-based role with autonomy and direct engagement
- Flat structure: work directly with operational leads and decision-makers
- Mileage and business expenses covered
