British Gymnastics has the following Fixed term Maternity cover post : Programming Coordinator (Maternity cover to August 2026) 37 hours per week Salary £23,584 (to be reviewed in April 2026) to £24, 763.00 per annum, dependent on experience. 39 days annual leave (including Bank Holiday and Company days) 2 wellbeing days a year weekly exercise and wellbeing hours This role can either be home based/ Dual based working from Lilleshall National Sports Centre, nr Newport, Shropshire (min 2 days a week) or office based at LNSC Role Summary The overall purpose of this role is to provide the gymnastics community with an effective, structured and well organised programme of regional and national courses with the core aim to develop coaches and judges across the pathway. *Please refer to the role profile for further details* Main Areas of Responsibility: 1. Coordinate the delivery of a well-organised and structured education course programme Typical Activities: Coordinating an annual/rolling plan of education courses to meet customer demand Ensure courses are programmed a minimum of 6 months in advance by consulting with clubs, coaches and regional colleagues to meet current and future needs. Source dates, venues/online channels, workforce and any associated course requirements in line with the programme to ensure a smooth and successful customer journey. Utilising the Kaltura platform to ensure any virtual courses are managed and delivered effectively Ensure minimum course requirements are fulfilled and to act decisively on the viability of courses based on customer experience and revenue. 2. Support of the general running of the department Typical Activities: Supporting colleagues, training and sharing knowledge/expertise, working as part of a team to resolve difficult situations, where required/appropriate Contributing ideas/suggestions for the development of best practice working practices, policies, procedures, communications etc. Ensuring CRM records are updated and accurate including communications and qualifications are recorded.
