About Thriftify
Thriftify is building AI-driven solutions to transform second-hand selling, in particular, and re-commerce in general. Our platform empowers large second-hand sellers, vintage traders, wholesalers, charities, and enterprise sellers (via white-label solutions) to sell smarter, faster, and more profitably.
By combining intelligent automation with deep marketplace integration, we remove the complexity of listing, pricing, and merchandising for high-volume sellers. Every feature is designed to make resale not just viable, but scalable. Backed by leading investors and born in Dublin in 2018, we’re on a mission to redefine how the circular economy works online.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic AI Product Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of high-impact initiatives across AI-powered e-commerce and operations. This is an outward-facing role, perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, sales engineering, customer success, and market strategy.
You’ll work closely with our seller partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to turn insights from onboarding calls, customer support, and market trends into a roadmap that accelerates growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer-Driven Discovery: Participate in onboarding, sales, and integration calls to understand partner needs and identify product opportunities.
* Support-Led Prioritization: Use customer queries and usage data to shape backlog priorities and improve the seller experience.
* Market Insight Integration: Monitor re-commerce trends, AI tooling, and seller workflows to guide product direction.
* Roadmap Ownership: Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and real-world seller challenges.
* Product Development Leadership: Collaborate cross-functionally to launch elegant, scalable features across the platform.
* Documentation & Delivery: Write clear user stories, define scope, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle using tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Go-to-Market Support: Work with sales and marketing to shape product messaging and ensure smooth adoption.
* AI & Automation Focus: Contribute to the design and rollout of AI agent workflows, pricing intelligence tools, and listing automation features.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
* Strong customer empathy and the ability to extract insights from sales, support, and product usage data.
* Prior experience working with AI, ML, or automation-driven features is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with second-hand, vintage, or wholesale e-commerce models.
* Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
* Skilled in Agile product development and tools such as Jira, Figma, Confluence, etc.
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
