Learning Support Assistants Required – Camberley

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work within welcoming and supportive schools in Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people in their education and personal development.
Roles are available across mainstream and SEN settings, supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
The Role:
* Supporting students within the classroom environment
* Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support
* Assisting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
* Helping to create an engaging, positive, and inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support student progress
We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children or young people preferred
* Individuals with a positive, patient, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience with SEN needs such as Autism, ADHD, or SEMH is desirable but not essential
* Graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, and care/support workers are encouraged to apply
