Your Role:
* Manage all onsite ADSL stores operations across five Army sites to ensure effective and timely support to maintenance teams.
* Ensure smooth, compliant issue and receipt of materials and parts, working in close partnership with the Procurement Team who lead supply chain management.
* Ensuring the effective distribution and availability of parts and materials to the maintenance team, aligned with the broader Procurement-led supply management strategy.
* Serve as the business-wide subject matter expert for Estate Stores and Supply, providing expert guidance, supporting the standardisation of stores practices, and influencing policy.
* Maintain optimal inventory levels in line with planned and reactive maintenance needs, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
* Be responsible for the financial budgeting and performance of Stores against agreed annual budgets and targets.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: Be degree educated in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Hold a qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Facilities/Operations Management IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH general certificate.
* Experience: Experienced in managing stores and inventory in FM, engineering or maintenance environments. Strong leader across multiple sites with solid budget planning, logistics strategy and ERP skills. IFS experience would be beneficial.
* Skills: A strong communicator and influencer who works collaboratively, builds constructive relationships, and is customer focused. Delivers high-quality, safe and cost-effective services with a commitment to continuous improvement. Embraces change, is well-organised, and provides clear direction and guidance to others.
* Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
