Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accuracy Checcking Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality patient care by assisting with medication administration and monitoring patient responses.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication dispensing and adherence to safety protocols.
* Maintain an organised and efficient pharmacy environment, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
* Provide support in the training and supervision of junior staff or pharmacy technicians as needed.
* Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements and organisational policies related to medication handling and patient safety.
* Engage with patients to provide information about medications, answer queries, and offer guidance on proper usage.
Experience
* Applicants must be acreditted to check as an Accuracy Checking Technician.
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving patient care or pharmacy technician duties.
* Familiarity with medication administration processes and relevant regulations is highly advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
