Duties:
* Manage entire employee life cycle – Recruitment, Induction, Onboarding to Offboarding
* Oversee staff attendance and absence monitoring
* Manage employee engagement, employee relations, handle grievances and disciplinary procedures, and promote a positive work culture
* Provide detailed HR reports to Senior Management
* Administer employee documentation including new contracts, letters, formal notices
* Oversee training and development of employees
* Administrate payroll, compensation and pension schemes
* Handle confidential information with discretion as per GDPR guidelines
* Ensure adherence to UK employment laws and company policies
Candidate profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
* Previous experience in an HR role (preferably 2+ years)
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Hands‑on knowledge of payroll software
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer‑service oriented, can‑do attitude
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
