The Digital Training Team at LSCFT is seeking a Clinical Systems Support Analyst to join the existing team. The role involves supporting the implementation and maintenance of clinical systems within the Trust's health services.
Working Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Main Duties
The post holder will provide support for clinical applications such as RIO, EMIS, EDMS, and Nerve Centre, managing database configurations, user accounts, system upgrades, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include investigating support calls, liaising with software suppliers, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of support activities using the IM&T Department's call logging software.

Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day support of clinical systems, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
* Coordinate with software suppliers to log and resolve system problems.
* Serve as the link for the IT Service Desk for clinical system support, assessing user issues and directing resources accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
* NVQ Level 4 or equivalent knowledge and experience
* ECDL or equivalent
* Understanding NHS procedures, data quality, and data protection
* Experience with NHS clinical systems and providing support in a customer-focused environment
